A successful trip in more ways than one!
This past week we made a trip to Ohio. The reason for the trip was not to shop but what's a girl to do when her husband wants to take a nap. During my shopping adventure I came across Marcs, a local grocery, drug store and chain retail store all in one. In their Closeout Department I came across these two lamps for $5.99 each.
I have been wanting to do a knock-off of these Pottery Barn lamps...
....so, using Krylon Looking Glass Mirror Like Paint
and the same technique previously used to make a Mercury Glass Vase (HERE), I created two new lamps for about $18.00.
Oh yea...it is really hard to take a picture of a mirrored object, LOL.
