I Love Scarves!
In my new closet I have the perfect place for all of my scarves. A while back I found a "Design-A-Drape" window decorating system at the thrift store. Apparently they use to be made by a company in Delaware but I could not find any additional information. I assume they are no longer in business. Here is a photo of a similar system...
...as you can see the one I found is a bit different. I wish I could find a photo of what the finished product would look like once fabric is pulled through the loops. Oh well, just use your imagination.
Anyway...I hung it in the corner of my wall and pulled my scarves through.
So, there are still a few holes left...time to go shopping!

How nice it looks,brilliant idea Debbie. I saw a good idea somewhere,I can't remember where, to use shower curtain rings on coat hangers,but I like your idea better. I'll be on the look out for something to use. I am visiting from The Dedicated House
