Lucy Celebrates Her Birthday with a Frozen Birthday Party!!!

Of course Lucy is in love with the movie Frozen and all the characters,

Checking In

This past year has been full of happiness. I have put blogging on the back burner for awhile but wanted to check in and share a few things...

First I found out that my daughter was
going to bless me with another grandchild in the spring...

In January my hubby and I went to a play in NYC
and for the first time I visited and stayed in Brooklyn.
I now love Brooklyn and plan on returning for further investigation.

In February we went to the beach for a
conference and came across this.....
Have you ever seen snow on the beach? Too cool!

Later that month we went to Western Maryland
and while hiking came across this....
Frozen Falls are absolutely beautiful!!!

We had a lot of snow this winter.
Here's is our little house during one of those snow days....

We survived the winter and started the summer off by picking strawberries and teaching my daughter and granddaughter how to make strawberry jam.

Summer started with our annual Memorial Day Cook-out followed by a trip to Jamestown and Williamsburg Virginia.

We got back just in time for the birth of granddaughter #2...
Adalie Kate

 Isn't she beautiful!!!

In October we went to the mountains to appreciate the colors of Fall.

And now we are preparing for a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas

Enjoy your holidays too!
